fter a few months of stay and hard work in Switzerland we decided to have some holidays. And all that because our life will change radically again soon. And where is a better spot for skiing (or snowboard) then our village? We invited our friends from Poland and suddenly they arrived. We are having a good time skiing and apres ski in Saas-Grund and Saas-Fee. And in the evenings we enjoy sitting together, drinking local wine and eating Reclette and Gruyere cheese (and other specialties – Krakowska ).

any of you surely were wondering today: “What do Wasylewskis change here?”. At first glance you do not see much. The blog looks almost the same as yesterday. But the changes are significant.

1. We resign completely from the traditional website.
   We follow the trends of some photographers from USA. The analysis of our statistics showed that we have on average 300 visitors a day on the blog – in our photography website below 100. The blog gives us the possibility of more frequent updates, showing the latest pictures, interact with you, all under one convenient WordPress interface.
2. Our blog becomes bilingual.
   For some time we described our World in English and Polish in the same post. But now appeared the appropriate tool to separate the entries and the entire look of your blog for any number of languages. The language switch is on the side bar. We also write a separate blog in German, but maybe it will be integrated with this blog too.
3. Photographic portfolio.
   Our photographic achievements are available in the top menu. We selected our best photos and present them in the Galleries. The complete wedding documentaries are next to it.
4. Information about us and our work.
   Also in the top menu you will find information about us, about our style, answers to frequently asked questions, and convenient contact forms.
5. Facebook integration.
   Facebook is a new and extremely popular communication platform. Our goal is to further integrate our blog with our fan page on Facebook.
6. Larger photos.
   We enlarge the picture format from 750 to 990 pixels. Photos will be almost 75% larger!
7. Cosmetic changes.
   Relate mainly to efficient navigation and minor stylistic elements.

Today we finished working on major changes in the blog. Our WordPress blog engine has grown with more than 30 plug-ins to monstrous sizes but it works stable. In the next few days we will complete the content and improve the performance. Thank you for your understanding and patience. New photo sessions, and weddings are waiting for publication.

inter night, meters of snow behind the windows, let’s heat up the mood. Anita and Maciek is a couple who loves to travel, so it was obvious that they would not have a typical Polish wedding. Instead, they chose the exotic Greek island of Santorini, a sunset wedding and photo session in the most beautiful landscapes.

Chance, luck or maybe designation that we could capture these special moments and places for them. The preparations in the elegant Acqua Vatos Hotel, the wedding ceremony at the Santo Winery overlooking the sea and the sunset and the wedding reception at an intimate Greek tavern – Almira Restaurant with delicious seafood.

We prepared the after-wedding-session a couple of days before the wedding, explored the whole island with Monika for locations. If you need Santorini experts – call us! The photo session took place in different parts of the island on 3 different days. Because of high temperatures, it was impossible to work all day so we met for 3 shorter sessions. Thus we were able to take pictures in Oia, on the incredible Red Beach, Kamari and other places. But we agreed that it would take at least a week to use all locations.

We recommend Santorini for a wedding or honeymoon, combined with a photo session. It’ s a wonderful, diverse island with amazing views!
